We are composed of highly competent Engineers, Officers and workers headed by the General Manager and owner, Mr. Vernie C. Catabay.

Our humble beginnings earned us the experience in General Construction, Building Maintenance, and Project Management. Along with that was the honing of the skills of our dynamic and reliable engineers and staff to a level of quality that could compete with big players in the local construction industry. Our basic principle is to serve our clients to the best we can, satisfy them with the work we do, and continue to maintain the quality of our service to them for as long as they needed us.
